These iPhones use the same 828 × 1792 size, so the same wallpaper fits: iPhone XR.
On iOS 27 the standard Lock Screen clock ends about 402 px from the top, roughly 22% of the screen. Keep faces and the main subject below that line, or switch to the compact or tall clock in the preview to see how they change things.
The iPhone 11 wallpaper size is 828 × 1792 pixels, which matches its 326 ppi screen exactly.
iOS zooms photos that are not 828 × 1792 or that have Perspective Zoom turned on. Save the wallpaper at the exact size and turn off Perspective Zoom when you set it.
On iOS 27 the clock ends about 402 pixels from the top. Anything above that line can be covered by the date and time.
