These iPhones use the same 1125 × 2436 size, so the same wallpaper fits: iPhone 11 Pro, iPhone X.
On iOS 18 the standard Lock Screen clock ends about 464 px from the top, roughly 19% of the screen. Keep faces and the main subject below that line, or switch to the compact or tall clock in the preview to see how they change things.
The iPhone XS wallpaper size is 1125 × 2436 pixels, which matches its 458 ppi screen exactly.
iOS zooms photos that are not 1125 × 2436 or that have Perspective Zoom turned on. Save the wallpaper at the exact size and turn off Perspective Zoom when you set it.
On iOS 18 the clock ends about 464 pixels from the top. Anything above that line can be covered by the date and time.
